Shipping Policy

Due to the impact of COVID-19, our carriers are prioritizing the delivery of vaccine shipments and as a result, you may experience a delay in receiving your gifts this holiday season. 

We currently only ship 25 countries in EU with Free shipping which includes:
North Europe: Denmark, Finland,Sweden
Middle Europe: Austria, Beligum, Germany, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic,Slovakia, Hungary, Poland 
East Europe: Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia
West Europe: Ireland, Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal
South Europe: Bulgaria, Romania, Slovenia, Italy, Greece

Free shipping for all orders.

The delivery time will depend on your delivery location. You can check the tracking number through the Track Order tool for your order delivery time. Please note that your tracking information may not be available through the system for up to 72 hours from the time the order is placed.

Due to the nature of the item, ground shipping will be the only option.

Estimated delivery within 4-7 business days.

Your order will be shipped by the carrier that can best meet the delivery timeframe; we will use either DPD or UPS.

Customer can only request an order cancellation if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 7 business days. You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped. Once the item is shipped, your order cannot be cancelled. If the customer refuses the package upon delivery, the customer will be charged for a 10% restocking fee.

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package. A shipment notification, including the tracking information will be sent to your email address when your order is processed and leaves our facility.You can check it through the Track Order tool.
