Repair Service Fee

1. If the assessment shows that FREEGO is responsible for the product's issue under warranty, your product will be repaired or replaced for free.
2. If no fault is found and no component needs to be replaced after diagnosis, or the issue is fixed after reconfiguration, no service fee will be charged for the products under warranty. A one-hour labor and return shipping fee will be charged for products out of warranty.
3. Product models and their service fees are regularly updated. If you have any questions, please contact FREEGO Support.
4. The price of repair parts may fluctuate due to production batches, production time, and suppliers. The quotation sent to you for your product’s repair shall take precedence.
